We'Ll Tell

A love like this I’ve never known, And now I know so well, I’m proud in love, and prouder yet Of all, one day, we’ll tell. And ours is love that’s carved in stone With patient, steady hand, Where others, who known with regret, Could only write in sand. And ours is love that, called our own, Is shadow-bound for now, But darkness makes it wise, forget The where, the why, the how.
