We'Ll Play In the Clover

The sun burst into a new day,
A day of redemption from a night so long,
How can you sit there and not say,
It is here where you belong?
We walk on the beach, hand in hand
Such a nice feeling, our feet in the sand.
I pull you to me, taste your lips, so sweet,
Love does fulfill me, when our hearts do meet.
Frolicking here and there,
Playing like children without a care.
You jump on my back,
Pull me to the ground,
Bodies intertwined,
A love so profound.
We lie there for hours,
With love in our hearts,
Never but never, will we ever part.
The day almost over,
Time to go home,
We’ll play in the clover,
To a different song.
