Weeping on the Wheel

I drive through the dark, headlights full of ghosts.
Tears make the road shimmer like snake skin.
Nowhere to go,no one to go to-
Just me,the motor, and memory's mirage.
Every turn leads to the same dead end,
And every song on the radio sings my name,
Till I crash into the silence itself.

Best dramatic monologue I’ve read in awhile, brief, yet full of emotion ~ adore final line, Gazlam. Sending high frequency light & Love. Take care. Xx.GD.
