We wear the green St. Patrick's day,
For he who drove the snakes away.
No matter the weather,
We parade together,
Holding a green shamrock bouquet.

Great limerick, Ms. Joyce. Sometimes they can be a little tricky with syllable count. Good luck! Peace my dear:)
