We will try

We dismiss the requirements
Because of certain sentiments
So we misrepresent
Our own augmented faults
They canter and Ill banter
Is no more than a moment's slander
The wealthy want us to pander
For less than a grain off salt

They keep us confused when to stand
To keep broken humanity's band
So when the answer is close at hand
We will stay all stand alone
But if we ever find our way
And not step blindly into the fray
We may finally see a day
That we are unified and atoned
