We Both Lied

You said I love you
You lied
I said I hate you
I lied

You said I need you
You lied
I said I could do without you
I lied

You called me your baby girl
You lied
I called you a jerk
I lied

You were with your guys
You lied
I was on a date
I lied

You want me to call you
You lie
I wasn't waiting for your call
I lied

It seems like we both lied
I can't blame you for lying
You lied, I lied
To get over you, im hardly trying

You paint that picture so well. Love is a mental illness, you know. There needs to be a pill.

Another interesting piece my friend. you keep your poems simple but yet convey the message u want to send... More grease to your elbows
