Water Love

shining water flows cold . . .

life blood of our ancestors . . .

                                                        gift to our children . . .

dedicated to Harsh Wind, Grandmother of fellow Souper - Cona Adams

David, your poem has an aboriginal feel to it, the first nation people of Canada would write such a poem honoring the spirit of water, and thanking the ancestors, well done and thanks for visiting my poem, oh the grief ...

I doubt it David lol - my favourite moment was 2 yrs ago a very challenging child who I got on really well with saw me in school after the summer break - he came dashing over and tried to lift me up in a bearhug and said he'd missed me - that moment meant the world to me - I don't work with him this year - such a shame as I was able to get the best out of him:-) hugs jan xxx
