Water Healed

                 through with time
           though pristine she abides
the snow is lost to my innocence

      where approaches the serendipitous footprints
a white ploughing just before the Winter darkness
      that memory finished cannot steal

            though melting there, my will
                      water healed

Dear Paige, your poetic artistry is breathtaking! "Water healed" - I just love the thought of it, the emotional feel of it. Light and dark elements blend in beauty. Warmest wishes, my poet friend.. ~Susan

This is good, with emotion intensified by intense restraint. It also seems to me the type of poem where the meaning is more between the words than in them.

Beautiful ! & the form matches. I get the pristine picture of surrendipitous footprints. A very refined poem, Paige - has a lacy feel. Blessings for your week.
