Was For You

This cross I bore
this walked I walked
the tears I cried
the crown on my head
to the blood that I shed
was for you..

The nails in my hands
the spikes in my feet
the wound in my side
to the pain in my eyes
as I slowly died
was for you..

as I died on this tree
my blood washed you free
from your burdens of sin
came my love from within
as the stone rolled away
and as I live today
was for you...

And for you, for us, is for Him for Us. We are one in body and spirit -- were we only conscious of our ever-present divinity. Christ has never left us. Love is eternal, spanning all dimensions of being. Great write my friend!
