Wall of Life
What happens when you come to the wall.
The intimidating, insurmountable, wall of life.
Wall of life you say? there's no way.
How does a wall get the moniker "of life"?
It doesn't grow, it doesn't reproduce.
It doesn't exude any life juice.
What is the essential quality of life?
its the ability to adapt to any and all strife
its the ability to eviscerate any obstacles, a knife.
Is it becoming clearer to you the reason for the name?
It is because it see's you playing life's game.
It sees that you have become dull and tame.
It's here to reinvent an entirely new frame.
Realizing you've come to this particular wall.
Try to climb up, you'll surely fall.
You no longer feel quite so tall.
It looks like you've dropped the ball.
Ah! But that is what's so great.
It reignites that internal debate
Makes you ponder, re-evaluate
Searching for other routes, maybe a gate
Makes you adapt, change your pace
It inspires all who encounter it to come face to face
Where Anxieties and dreams come center place
Looking to see if you are winning life's race
Eventually, the answer will come to you with grace.
That this wall is encountered by all who share its space.
That it is within us and will represent its case,
for us to finally come to terms with our organic base.
Only those who have survived this wall will adore;
that there is no answer this wall is looking for.
Only that it is a creation you made from within;
to signal that it is time to begin again.
