Walk In the Park
I pick up a pen and show my thoughts and my scars
She said she likes the way I talk from my heart
She said I have a way with words, so she stalks all my art
She thinks I'm romantic because i said writing poetry Is a walk in the park
She smiled at me and said I have a way with words
She said it takes a real man to be this open and display his hurt
She's asking what I wrote today and if I want to lay with her
But the neighbours won't get no sleep when I lay a verse
I move my pen slowly and take my time
Everyday we make love and create new rhymes
The old ones are cherished they won't be forgot
She said the way I move my pen, always hits her spot
She stays by my side, she won't leave
There isn't a day where we don't speak
She won't block me, I mean too much to her
I write quickly, but she knows I won't rush a verse
The ink leaks on the page
She loves the feeling
Until I found her, she was lost in a maze
She said the way i move my pen is so appealing
I pick up a pen and show my thoughts and my scars
She said she likes the way I talk from my heart
She said I have a way with words, so she stalks all my art
She thinks I'm romantic because i said writing poetry Is a walk in the park
