Walayee Who?

She's just thirty two

Wasn't trained to write in school

In her life she wears many shoes

Challenges just about any rule

Has 2 daughters and they are cool

Divorced once; no longer a fool

Inspiration for writing is to reveal the cruel

 

Her mission is to defend 

She tells her story for your children

To open eyes to this enormous sin

To protect them from predatory men

The one's who rape and abuse them 

This is real no one can pretend

When your child speaks, listen

They may be afraid to mention

So Please Please Pay Attention

Eamon Duffin January 3, 2011 at 12:26 PM Hi Lay. Your name was not one that I knew either. Now I know that you are protective mother worried about her children. My four have flown the nest so I know a little. Be there for them when they want you. Be there for them when they don't want you and, as you say, listen when they speak. That you have written something as good as this when you say that you had no training is only brilliant. I left school early but went back at age 47. Keep writing and peace to you. Eamon
