Waiting

The sky goes blue, I'm waiting... the sky goes black, still waiting, waiting for you... the sun is hot and bright, I'm waiting... in summer light, still waiting... green leaves, turn yellow, fall to the ground, now orange, then red, and brown, I'm still waiting... grey sky, wet sidewalks, and puddles, when clouds cry, cold rainfalls, and I'm waiting... snow falls on snow, everything crystal white, cold wind blows, I'm still waiting... my hope, my trust... my love, fading... but I'm still waiting, I'll always be waiting...
