Notes About The Poem

Wagoll and Wilf Rap

Hey kids – Listen up! Look out for WAGOLL and WILF around our school Follow their advice and your work will turn out cool When you go to your lesson the teacher will show you ‘What A Good One Looks Like’ So YOU know just what to do Your teacher will tell you ‘What I’m Looking For’ So you know how it’s to be done when you walk out of the door Look out for WAGOLL and WILF around our school Follow their advice and that’s the golden rule Wagoll and Wilf are character's introduced at our school. They are used to inspire the students... if the students are shown an example of great work they will know exactly what the teacher is looking for. 16th January 2016

I would have loved this method when I was in elementary school, heck - even in advanced grades. Congrats on the system and the lovely, child-comforting poem. I am impressed with both ... CayCay

Its a great idea Charma - the students can ask to see 'Wagoll' and the teacher can produce an example of exactly what they are looking for:-) hugs Jan xx
