Waging war for god and religion

War. War. death. death. mayhem. disaster.
We do not want war. We want love.
preach us no god or religion.
stop killing in the name of some belief.
no one has seen god! we are eons past
when the so called sacred texts were written!
divisions. subjugation. domination. killing.
enough of the gods that advocate violence.
lies. lies. let the truth emerge. let reality dawn.
remove the cobwebs of years of deceit!
little innocence being put out before
they can say their first babble. Mothers dead
with babies at their breast! What are we trying to
prove. greed. oil. wealth. devil is here
ruling our hearts and minds.
silence the guns. put out the hatred.
let us all live in happiness and peace.
as humans. no god needed. we can be good
without reading fabricated tales of the past.
Let us be human. No religious symbols to wear.
no buildings to pray to unseen gods.
but a human heart, for human kindness.
to show love. to care. to share earth’s resources with
all. No war. No hatred. No killings.
hope and love for every little one born.
it costs nothing to be good. just a bit of honest
human effort.
Let us all make a better future for the
generations yet to come. When they arrive
there are no boundaries to rule,
no religions to divide.
a world of pure love.
happiness. peace. peace.priceless peace.
