Vow of Resurrection

How my own trespasses grip this weary heart That deep pauses of meditation fill the quiet— And I am reminded about One Love bestowed on me Upon a Calvary of thorns , a death paying all sins Linking me with a vow of resurrection. Somehow I reach into an inner core … there, A Lamb’s blood cleanses all self's offenses, While a gentle presence drifts within Like the stroke of Jesus’ unseen hands, Flowing gleaming around towards me: And I bow in humility, in renewed grace, His whispers yearn ---‘ forgive them for they do not know what they do---" this spirit affirming His glory which imparts in me a clear pursuit of earthly kindliness; giving honor to myself, brethren, and the Lord. ………… 0/08/2019 For Chantelle Anne Cooke’s Rising of The Son Contest Reference: Luke 23:34

Many did not want to know what they were doing. That is the real sad part about Jesus's crucifixion that is fact and not fiction as the result of much fiction.

We don't reach into that, "inner core", often enough. Lovely.
