Voting to Impeach

Voting for impeachment
Of the president today
Is more than just one sided
That's the best that I can say
The Asses in the lower House
Have misused their greater power
I'm saying this with deep regret
This is not their finest hour
When the House, with its impeachment,
Is over said and done,
It's moving to the Senate
To continue all this fun
There Elephants have majority
Have the most to play the same
Will shut this whole impeachment down
That's how, each side, plays the game
Voting along their party lines
No matter which the side
Makes a mockery of democracy
More than voters should abide
We the People need to step in
Think of this journey in November
Oust the ones who took us on it
One, and all, we should remember
