I have never had an oyster or snail, too slimy! That takes courage!

I never willingly had an oyster in oyster soup, but one got me once. The snail was something my husband begged me to try. It is like trying to chew through a hard ball of rubber bands; I had to give up while others were "oohing and ahhing" about how GREAT escargot is. Ha! NOT.
