I know you’re at work.
I was bored doing nothing
But you popped up in my mind.
I don’t know what to say.
To start I’m glad that
We’re taking things slow
And starting off as friends.
I just need sometime
To get used to all of this.
Especially with my issues
Of pushing people away.
Sorry, my mind is just blank.
I’m just tryna find the right words
I don’t wanna say the wrong thing
Cause I’m not good with this stuff.
I really do want this to work for us.
I want to make new memories with you.
This time I want to be more vulnerable.
I want you in my life for real this time.
Anyways call or text me later.
Maybe we can get some takeout.
