Voice In a Restless Night

Go to sleep, My love,
Rest your weary head,
You have a long day tomorrow,
Nothing should you dread.

Go to sleep, My love,
Give it all to Me,
Your burdened heart, your tears that fall,
Surrender and be free.

The night is dark and quiet,
It's silence you now fear,
Be at peace, the day is done,
And I am ever near.

Go to sleep, My love.

Thanks for sharing your memories of New Smyrna with me. I am thinking of auditioning for a play at the New Smyrna Little Theater.
