Visions of Autumn

Scarecrow’s tattered clothes Clever birds are never fooled Sit defiantly Arms of hay hold heckling birds Eating the last grains of corn Nature’s curtain falls Vibrant leaves make no encore Tumble to damp soil Yellows and reds turn to brown Trees’ skeletal limbs shudder Fall’s first kiss of frost Invades farmer’s pumpkin patch Hardy fruit withstands Trick-or-treaters carve faces Jack-o-lanterns light doorsteps

Back here at this awesome poem. Carolyn, you are different from me, liking wholesome Trixie Beldon. For me, she was way too tame. hahaha. (I read a few of the Hardy boys books too!) LUv, Andrea

Smile ~ As for myself, I already know beyond the slightest of doubts where, my eternity awaits "With, 'Jesus Christ The Messiah' &, 'Our Father In Heaven'" but, "Yes," again, just a better safe than sorry kind of guy with, "A Galaxy of Faith!!!" ~ "My Love & Warmth to 'You Always' &, All You Love," John! ~ Smile, "'Thank You' for Stopping By 'My Dear Carolyn' &, 'Have A Very Beautiful Day;'" Bye!:) ~

Smile ~ "Excellent Poe for The Contest; Well Crafted & Presented, 'Precious & Lovely Carolyn Devonshire!!!'" ~ "Monotony, 'Yes,'" I can surely attest to that my dear but, as far as lifes winners or losers well, I guess it all depends upon ones points of view....Smile, sometimes it boils down I suppose unto, perhaps, a game of russian roulette per se but, I am more of the safer than not, win win type of personality; everything to possibly gain &, nothing to lose.... ~ Cont:)
