Given some of the news coverage it is difficult not to worry about what it all means for yourself, and for those you love. Keep yourself busy during this isolation. Keep to a routine to lessen worry and anxiety. We may be facing a war of another kind, but we are all strong and will survive. Stay focused and stay safe.
