Its a very effective blue print Joe. Look s more like an eloquent finished article worth being in print on a medium where it will be read by countless thousands. Every country whether third world or an advanced civilization where the streets are paved with gold, needs better health plans in place. There are a myriad of issues, beginning I guess with the drug companies. health benefits - drug trafficking- education and staffing of doctors and nurses, euthanasian-setting plans in process for the next epidemic. the list is endless - Forums must be addressed Your poem if only a blue print is the first step to success. Well done my friend.
