Viewing

Upon the ledge where sits the sparrow,
I ventured there to climb and crawl.
Though it got so very narrow
I had no fear that I would fall.

I looked upon the world below me.
I saw them all as tiny ants.
If they looked up, would they see,
would they notice, should they glance?

I feel alone upon this ledge,
Forever pushing toward the edge.

(I call this a baby sonnet)
