I received the mail,
written with cracks on a crisp
vermilion leaf. Dropped
in by the cool morning breeze.
News of autumn's arrival.

Au natural tanka poem, Afzal. The blending of nature and man ... the arrival of the pending forecast news, the coming change of season was so elegantly written w/concise imagery. Brilliant poetry. Love always, my friend.
