Vanishing Canopy

Billions of years old, this unique blue planet of ours survived through eons of trying times of tectonic turmoil, fostered life’s march on the course of matchless evolution, like the loving mother nurtured the pristine beauty of nature. The balance tripping as man started wanton exploitation, the flourishing forests are usurped turning them wastelands. As convivial green canopies disappear from degraded terrains, the ravaged environment is set for catastrophic climate change. Civilization is striding beyond the limits of sustainable range, unconcerned mankind waits for the doom’s day of annihilation. It’s time we regard the rapport of harmony with the fragile nature, and conserve earth’s vanishing resources for the future generations.
