Value of Shadow
No shadow you can expect;
Awful, the day has been.
Some did not like it at all;
Everyone was feeling upset.
No shadow to see nowhere;
For the morning, the sun aborted.
Cracks in the wall, vacated they were;
Could come out, no lizards.
But only the sun’s warmth;
Invited lizards’ tribes to adorn the walls.
Shadow I could see for God’s sake;
That enticed the sun’s first light for us.
Humans and non-humans, happy they were;
Warm smiles on lips, the shadow has brought.
Kind whispers, trees' leaves have initiated
No sun, no shadow; no warmth, no lizards;
Shadows have value lizards can better describe.
