VACATION

A vacation is personal time off
So that I can get away from
And enjoy me, leaving the stress
And the headaches behind
Also, not being bothered with
An over aggressive boss or
An entitled one who things that
Slavery still exists and who thinks
That your personal time is also there’s
Why are you hounding me 
With your text and calls while
I’m on vacation and you feel like 
I supposed to answer you
 And also, how can a I be on call
While I’m on my vacation and
Not being paid that’s nonsense
And aggravation, which is why
You lose good workers in the end

Personal time is personal time and yet, as you inked so well, there are those who want our personal time to be theirs. I loved this line: " While I’m on my vacation and Not being paid, that’s nonsense And aggravation, which is why You lose good workers in the end". Next week I am on vacation, and I want to enjoy.
