UTOPIA

UTOPIA It always was a pipedream A state offering perfection Maybe these days, a meme Sent in the wrong direction A world that appears ideal All so happy, and at peace But shock at the big reveal When the fantasy will cease It’s still an imagined reality Despite those wishing it so Yet we can say with finality It’s back to the ward we go

outstanding job, Howard! You took us on a utopian journey only to discover the insanity inherent in a utopian society. Powerful contest entry. Best wishes, Sara
