I check my feathers then I spring from the tree
Longing for my companion I climb up to feel free
I push down on the wind with all of my might
Hoping to see you again on the reunion flighto0
Breathless for you as I fall from the sky
Weightless with out you as I spread my wings and fly
Looking for you as I start my heavenly tour
Upwards for love and the feeling makes my heart soar
As I search the clouds I think about our fail
But the thought of our harmony makes my body sail
As I swoop down to find you I see our old nest
Dreams of what could be if we can only pass the test
Breathless for you as I fall from the sky
Weightless with out you as I spread my wings and fly
Looking for you as I start my heavenly tour
Upwards for love and the feeling makes my heart soar
The clear skies of reconciliation are here and I need no cover
I have found you again and we can start our climb with a simple hover
Side by side knowing in my soul that it is not to late
We can glide now forever on love and learn to peacefully aviate
