Upside Down

I never work out
and it makes me look bad
i hate vegetables
and that makes me look fat
i don't like to work
it invades my privacy
and that makes me a parasite
(actually i have a job
otherwise 
who was gonna pay my bills)
i don't like marriage
it makes the man possessive
and the woman a b....
and that's pretty much
it
except a million other things
that make me look stupid 
watching upside down
the reality...

Joe Flach January 5, 2012 at 12:13 PM I never post comments and that makes my poems unread - but this one deserved notice. An interesting and entertaining read. Now if only we could find a way to pay our bills through our poetry - that would really turn my world upside-down. Thanks for sharing.
