Upon the Wings of Angels
Revisiting North Beach amid my mind; strolling down it's bustling streets....
Alongst the embarcadero; tourist as visitors from about her globe; a breakage
Their recent rains while the sun shares his gentle warmth; this kiss, atop our brows
Cheeks as just ahead awaits Pier 39; Fishermans Wharf, and all these attractions
Sights their sounds glancing, towards the Alcatraz; this solitary rock risen from her sea
There be his Golden Gate; serene, pictures so precious, embedded within this child ?
Memories these once upon a times; calling to my thoughts which bend; circling the sky
Upon wings of Angels whom smile as they carry this love for you, inside; penetrating
Piercing something beautiful now unto, my Soul; slight the chill while wondering
How you are doing? As envisioning your graceful presence, amid my prayers; Heart's..
Beckoning them a wishful wanting, silent plea; to bring your beauty back, to me; near
This my longing legato side never knowing, truly, if that day shall ever be; desires
Have I dreamn't; were they really meant for me ? Pondering in perhaps, while opening
His portal's door and gleam, filling these eyes their shining; your tender touch; soft
Her fragrance holding hands, tasting, time's flowers a velvet rose; soothing my Spirit
Divine love's light your splendour beginning to pour; my consolation prize; stirring yet Staggered his moment sublime; slow, but lovely her dance ? After the midnight toll
Has chimed its silkened chords silver laced, their crossing; aquamarine time's currents
Atop life's mast a Red Fleet sailing; setting course amongst her telling tides ? We peer
Beyound the distance conversing with silhouetted echoes whom whisper into my ear
Gently, your endless charm take me there please; beseeching them, make us not wait
Longer end his bittersweat; passage ? Sit our star be destined, perhaps; high amid....
Majestic's heavenly, for all of eternity to see blowing another kiss; open waters her breeze.
