Upon My Shore

Rest upon My shore
Where you just washed out, worn out
From treacherous seas.

Close your eyes a while
Let your dream softly arise
In your heart and mind.

Do not feel adrift
For you have survived hardship
And have found My land.

This haven is yours
You need not fight anymore
What is Mine is yours.

Your love has found ground
And I knew that you would come
Inner peace be yours.

I've loved you so long
Your presence brings Me great joy
At last, I've found you.

It is when we are at our low points in life, that God makes his presence known and offers comfort, Caroline. You're a terrific writer with a creative style that I admire. Have a nice weekend, Diane

What an inspiring write of faith, Caroline. When all else goes wrong in the world, I have to remind myself that God is always there for us, watching over us and offering comfort. Love, Carolyn
