Up From the Sea Comes a Bubbling Crude

Do you remember the Beverly Hillbillies?
When Jed shot the ground,
Oil produced without a sound,
They capped that up quick,
They didn’t even damage the fish,

So tell me,
If a bunch of hillbillies,
Came together,
Could they stop a leak?
That seems to go on forever,

Black gold gushing in our waters,
Damage from below,
Ever getting worst,
And no one is taking control,
With all the technology,
And all the great minds,
We cannot figure out,
How to cap a pipe????

This is right on the money. It's incredible to see how the oil is flowing and under which table it goes. I bet many palms have lots of grease. Great job! Joseph

I am glad that there are people that are capable of doing that..It would be great if they could hire them and let them do it so it would stop and permanant clean-up could begin..Very impressive write that you have penned..Keep the creative pen flowing..Sara
