Unwanted Unicorn

A beauty like all the rest
But she has no need to run
No man wants her enough to give chase
Nothing that is her fault but fates

She dreams of a lover who wont appear
As down her cheek dances a salty tear
Alone she is to be for all eternity
The unwanted unicorn
Is all she is meant to be

Her heart has not yet given up hope
That maybe someday she'll find the poor dope
But with each passing year even
It leaks a bloody saddened tear
