Well written. "In rich ruby rings of radiance" is a beautiful way to describe the way the sun beams transport us to different places and times, each with its own unique golden energy. Best for a win

Hi, Valsa, this is a beautiful couplet, love the 'feel' it paints. I think you meant to type rings, not ring. LOVE the image of the sun being a male and one that cheers. Very creative. Poetry hugs ... CayCay
