Untitled
by Being True
You release your anger across my face.
The sting so sudden like eyes maced.
Rivers flood in the valley of my eyes.
They finally escape by the blow of your hand.
Skin on face so sensitive.
No longer scared.
This is now a war filled land.
Used to be beautiful.
Smiles a plenty.
Guess that's over and done.
This love I had is no longer fun.
You released your anger across my face and
you've won.
