Untitled

Intimate moments filled with
        vulnerable honesty
                   shimmer under the
Night sky
        like a candle flickering
                    in the darkness,
A small flame,
whose light could be snuffed by
                    an icy wind blowing through,
Or lovingly caressed
        by the calm warmth
                    of the gentle dark
Enveloping it like a lovers arms,
in the security of blankets and pillows,
Sharing it's strength,
        until it lustily dance,
                    free of inhibitions,
Growing and longing for more,
        trying to reach for heaven.
