Untitled

Why should I repeat myself
I made myself perfectly
clear the first and last time
what is this?
an express line
when it's convenient I'm needed
but that's the deception behind it
but as I continue to
hold so much in they almost
demand me to remain open minded
silence is the worst
when you share a bed with
the one you love that's what really hurts getting that feeling like
do they even feel the same
actions speak louder than words
I heard you the last time
but your words aren't your actions
and your actions are not everlasting
sometimes it's for the moment
so it has me thinking
you were only doing it to appease me
it also has me thinking
if it doesn't come natural
that's really not who you are anyway

welcome to the world of couples
who fall off
get a promotion on the job
and begin to think
that their position is secure
sometimes it's not the years
but what exactly in a period
of time you endure
is your relationship strong enough
to fight off those who might allure
even when you two at your worst
are you giving enough
do you believe your partner
is completely satisfied with you
are you sincere when the words
I miss you come out your mouth
could you imagine sharing
a house without them
and if not what are you doing
to ensure those eyes don't good astray
this is the pill that no one
wants to swallow
but almost everyone claims
to have that bottle

don't mind me I'm just rambling
making you think about
the circumstances
about the job you're at
is advancement really what you pursue
or is it the comfort level
subconsciously that you're really abusing
