The words you spoke
The lies you told
Memories are fading
Lives forever changing
Past and present changing roles
Never knowing where to go
You were here and now your gone
Having to move on
Nights grow cold and lonely
Oh if only...
Come back and save me
From the depths of my sorrow
Looking forward but never seeing a tomorrow
Talk and never listen
Please pay attention
I can only say this once
Pain bursting from my heart
Tearing me apart
Living in the shadows
Searching for the light
Fight for me
Tell me all is good
And you'd change it if you could
Don't let love fade
Change the path of yesterday
Growing weak
Life leaving me
Hold onto what's left
If there's anything at all
I'm diving down
It seems I'm sinking now
Light getting brighter with the passing of each tide
I think it's time to let go
