It has taken me so long
To finally rid you out my system
It took violent storms and a whirlpool of emotions
To get me out of the dark hole i was so sunken into
Time felt endless and dreadful
i can now look up at the sky and feel the sun’s warm kisses and the air blowing through my hair
-Hearing your name no longer brings a sinking feeling to my stomach
