Unleash From Within

Weary, drained spent, shattered,
Deep inside, many of us are spattered & battered.
Oddled once joyous hearts now beat all tattered,
Happiness to the heart is what always mattered.
Delayed, late, belated, in life arrives somber,
Dark, dull, drab, dingy, macomber,
Dismal, solemn, melancholy, lugubrious,
These recur within and indigenous.
I decree to me and myself
To
Unleash from within
Unleash from within me the power of choice,
To take a chance on change and rejoice.
Unleash from within the power to give,
and forget and forgive.
Unleash from within the power of trust,
Work on the “t” or the relationship will rust.
Unleash from within the power to listen,
But not lose your voice or happy face that glistens.
Unleash from within the belief,
That something wonderful will happen today and will be a big relief.
Unleash the power not to criticize yourself,
And see for yourself what happens when you appreciate yourself.
Unleash from within the power to
Love
Learn
Laugh
.
Unleash from within,
Unleash from within……………
