United

‘I pledge allegiance to the Flag of the United States of America,’
Where elephants and donkeys in the media prompt hysteria,
‘And to the Republic for which it stands,’
Devotion lies in political assassinations if one doesn’t comply or withstand,
‘One Nation under God,’
Whilst following religious law and trading faith for facade,
‘Indivisible,’
Indefensible,
‘With liberty and justice for all,’
With negligence for protocol.
