Having my son home was the only present I wanted, we had a very simple family christmas, been an amazing day until disaster struck and the dishwasher started to leak all over the kitchen floor, all three of us pulled together to deal with the mayhem, the dishwasher is now outside and I had to do about 85% of it by hand, hubby is getting the stragglers lol. a Christmas I will never forget for so many reasons!:-) hugs jan xx

Thanks Matthew I am not a new year fan and don't celebrate it and most certainly wont be getting drunk as a skunk, I rarely drink alcohol but I am also on a course of antibiotics and can't drink anyway. someone we were once friends with in a terrible state with alcohol issues, its really heartbreaking she is such a mess:-( hugs Jan xx

Its a premiere contest so I'm not sure if it will appeal to Shadow or not but sadly there is a lot of over indulgence at this time of year:-( hugs Jan x

Makes me glad I don't drink much Alexis and I'm on antibiotics for another 6 days so I couldn't drink if I wanted to I see so many issues with drink - the police here have already arrested more for drink driving than last year and they will be busy with drink related incidents up to the new year.
