Undress Me

Before you undress
My outer garments
Undress my soul
Gently lay aside the coverings
That hide my private dreams
Lay bare my intimate thoughts
With the most gentlest of care
Undress my inner woman
Lay aside that final wispy layer
Shielding my innermost, deepest need
Lay naked my trembling heart

Only then can your fingers
Undo every dainty button 
Down the length of my dress
Let my covering fabric of your desire
Fall to the ground at my feet
Revealing the full womanly form
You have already explored intimately
In your mind….

In the silence of these moments
With the streaming moonlight, a waiting robe
Undress Me

Thanks, Drake.........Yes.......the actual act in itself is profound if it is preluded by the intercourse of minds....What most men forget.....A woman gives....and gives......when she knows she's cherished and loved. Then........the act itself has no limits or boundaries. Thanks for the post. :)

Oh honey.....you have no clue. However, having said that.......I do believe that my poetry does not go as DEEP as some, my dear. I truly believe that....Were I to BARE ALL.....this would sizzle off your computer screen......... ;) I wrote a two part short story yesterday, and the last line of part II was the title of this poem. I got inspired.......what can I say? Now THAT I will leave a mystery......

Yes, I do. Justice, it's my therapy...I live in a very conservative community in many ways.......This is my outlet. My way of expressing things I may not be able to share. Yet, even here...I feel at times I'm considered over the top...I've decided to be true to myself, and not care. Thanks for this kind comment. It cheers my heart.
