Nobody's perfect and everybody makes mistakes but if Jesus doesn't hold it against a person forever neither should you.
People get impressions from what they see and hear, And often they don't understand the why and when and where. They form opinions in their mind based on their understanding, Of what they saw or what they heard though facts are not withstanding. They get angry, lose respect for others they have known, Without asking them about a thing and contentious seeds are sown. They got the wrong impression so they looked down their nose, And thought the worst that could be thought and so the story goes. Reputations oft are lost and gentle hearts are broken, When someone doesn't understand and hurtful words are spoken. Someone always pays the price for the misconceptions of others. Think before you spread bad news, bring harm to an innocent brother.
