Under the Table
Under the table two souls go unfed
Under the table they pant as they beg
Hear a low whimper and a slight whine
Please drop a morsel it won't be decline
Under the table two tails wag
Under the table two doggies beg
One head pops up paws on the chair
Pleading with sad eyes don't be unfair
Under the table a growl and a yap
Under the table we want some of that
Food smells delicious we hear you chew
Come on up there don't be rude
Under the table a gulp of delight
Under the table two doggies fight
Whoops I dropped a piece of chicken
Harmony has come to an end
Under the table it's quiet and bare
Under the table only bottom of chairs
Two tails wagging heads in food bowls
Dogs eating doggie food chicken gravy a la mode
