Under the Half Eaten Coconut Moon

desiccated stars sprinkled crumbs that surround a half eaten coconut moon I lick my lips this ethereal delicacy above me calls me to indulge in a visual feast to sate my soul if only you were here... My love, if only we'd lie here together relishing every last bite and when the last soul crumb was gone we'd turn our carnal lips to feed on each other's bodies indulging in a physical feast to sate our desires under a half eaten coconut moon while those desiccated sprinkled stars twinkle on... Aww whats there not to love about this imaginative poem. I shall always look now at a half eaten moon and think of coconut. And the desiccated sprinkled stars. Wow, I feel like a coconut chocolate bounty right now. lol....Maria xxx

Thanks, Robert. I'm a hopeless romantic. I'm no good at humor. We each have our strong points. :) Appreciate the comment.

Thank you, SO. The moon's been on my mind. Today at the beach, we saw a crescent moon in the middle of the day. I found it .... strange. I was floating peacefully and looking at it. I guess it really got to me.
