Unclutter Your Mind

When life suddenly seems unfair: call timeout; today's not your day. Take deep breaths: fill your lungs with air, and feel the tension slip away. Sever your tether to reason; and drift to the land of pretend. Meditation is in season: treat yourself, like you would a friend. Breathe, simply breathe, deeply inhale; hold it; be one with the healing. Relax now, and slowly exhale, and drift away on a feeling. Lose yourself, forget who you are; for reality's rules are gone. And morph into a shining star; shedding shackles of right and wrong. Breathe, take time to breathe, and you'll find that your problems start to resolve. For when you unclutter your mind; anxieties, swiftly dissolve.

Wow! What wonderful advice to the anxiety ridden, OCD, and perfectionists of this world. For anyone who dwells on this fast paced spinning planet of ours Emile. It compeled me to stop and breathe...an excellent way to calm oneself and relax to heal. I really enjoyed this poem Emile. I think I will stop to meditate for a time now. Thank you for this gift my friend! xxoo
