Unbinding Covenants

Wildflowers enchantingly appear from once
barren fields consumed by tickling mundane
     grass.

                                                         Flowers of imperfection...

                 Mesmerizing, they celebrate freedom...
mastering the art of ballet as the warm wind
            peeks through cherry trees while

                                              unassuming purple daisies seductively
                                                smile at the brilliant sun...

              sometimes.

White irises uniquely wave to the iridescent
rain, folding and unfolding...at whim... as

a hillside is veiled with raving red impatience,
too restless to wait, too sophisticated to plan...

                                                    today...

                                                    arousingly haunting, captivatingly moving,
                                                 riding both...the day...and...the night...

                             much like you.
